How will I receive my products? There are numerous ways for you to receive the products we build.  We pack and ship pallets for freight delivery.  We pack and ship items via UPS and FedEx.  We will prepare items to be picked up by a blanket wrap company of your choice.  Delivery is available for selected areas of Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada.  Please call for availability and rates.
Do you Drop ship? Yes, We can arrange for shipments to be shipped directly to the customer.    All shipping & packing must be paid in full prior to departing our shop.
What fabrics do you upholster? We offer 4 "house" fabrics to choose from.  See Current Fabrics.  You may also ship your fabric to us for use on your order.  Please be certain your PO number and/or customer name is noted on fabric when shipped.  We do have experience using leather and hides.
How much fabric is needed? Our general rule of thumb is 1/2 yard for each chair/stool seat and 1 full yard for benches under 48" long.  Fabric requirements depend greatly on pattern and repeat.

Do you customize items? Yes, all of our products can be customized in some way.  Please contact our design staff for a quote on all customized products.
What finishes do you offer? We offer 15 standard finishes on our products.  Please see our finish page for information.  Custom finishes are also available, please contact us to discuss your options.
Can I put your products outdoors? Our finishes are intended primarily for interior applications.  However, many of our customers have been satisfied with the durability of products used in exterior environments.
What type of wood do you use? We use Alder wood & Pine on a regular basis.  Please contact us for the availability and prices of other wood materials.  Samples of our standard stain colors are available upon request.  There is a minimal fee for custom stain colors and a sample will be required from the customer.
What type of stone do you use? Sandstone is the stone product we show on our table bases.  Our "table grade" tops are quarried here in our home state of Arizona.
Can I order special size stone tops? Yes,  however keep in mind that special order stones may require up to 16 weeks to receive and are not returnable.
What is sandstone? Sandstone refers to a sedimentary rock with particles between 1/16 millimeter and 2 mm in size, so it doesn't signify any particular mineral mixture. But in practice, sandstone is usually almost all quartz. No other mineral at the Earth's surface can stand up to the forces of chemical weathering and physical transportation well enough to accumulate into rocks with grains of this size. Many sandstones, however, have small amounts of clay minerals, hematite, ilmenite, feldspar, and mica that add color and character to the quartz matrix.  The grains of quartz in sandstone are cemented together by a groundmass of silica (chemically the same as quartz), or calcium carbonate or iron oxide.
What are those black mark in my stone?   It's called dendrite.  A general term to denote a mineral, e.g. surface deposits of an oxide of manganese, iron, or an inclusion that has crystallized in a branching or spotty pattern in or on rocks or minerals.
Glass table tops? Glass tops for our occasional tables are available in limited standard sizes and are clear 3/8" thick with a 1" bevel.  Dining table tops are clear 1/2" thick with a 1" beveled edge.  Custom glass tops are available, please contact us for information about your options.
What is an insert? We currently offer 70 silhouette images that can be included in many of our products.  Please see our insert pages for images of these silhouettes.  Custom inserts are available, feel free to contact us with your ideas.
Mirrors; Landscape, portrait or double hung? Most mirrors are available in either portrait or landscape layout,  additional fees may apply.  There will be an up charge for double hung mirrors.
Can Mirrors be shipped? Due to past problems with breakage some mirrors will not ship via UPS with glass included.  We can build frames, without glass at an adjusted price.
Does IronCraft sell directly to the public? The crux of our business is the wholesale market.  We cater to the retail store owner and/or buyer from the small, through the midsize, to the large retail operation.  Our established customer base consists of retail stores and interior designers throughout the United States as well as several online stores.  However, we can and do sell to retail customers under certain conditions.  Interested retail buyers should first contact us by phone, fax or email.  Once we receive a query, we will search our wholesale client database for your area and refer you to them to make your purchase.  If the stores to which we refer you do not carry the item you are interested in purchasing, they can order it from us, so that you may obtain it.  In the event there isn't retail store doing business with us in your area, we will gladly fill your order.  Please understand that we do this to protect our many loyal business partnerships we have formed over the years.
